A mentioning is connecting an entity with a target, that mentions the entity. The target may be one out of: Expression Portion, Manifestation Singleton, Manifestation Product Type, Web Request, Serial Work, Item.
It has been a decided to connect Manifestation Singleton, Manifestation Product Type, Web Request, Serial Work, Item directly, instead of the F2 Expression, for usability reasons in Geovistory.
In order describe, where the entity is mentioned within the target, there is a property to a reference that allows to describe the location in free text.
This class is similar to the annotation class of the Web Annotation Vocabulary: the property to the mentioned entity corresponds to hasBody, the properties to the target and the reference correspond to hasTarget.
