Description:

This profile is dedicated to the writing of parts or portions of a longer text at different moments in time. This is the case of daily entries in a diary, or an account book, or chapters of a novel for a writer.

A creation activity (frbr:F28 Expression Creation) produces a text (histInt:C2 Expression portion) that is considered as being part of a longer one to which the new portion is associated (is part of – P4 -> Expression – F2). The author of the text is the person writing the text in the sense of its autorship (even if he/she dictates the text to a secretary). The type of portion is expressed using a suitable type (histInt:P5 has expression portion type -> histInt:C3 Expression portion type)

The time-span of the expression creation will be approximated from the available information and it is usually related to the date declared by the autor as being the one of the text portion, e.g. the date of a daily entry in a diary.
