Scope note:

This property associates a digital objet with the information object (a text, a picture, etc.) it is a reproduction of. The  many to many cardinality is the consequence of the possibility to reproduce different sources at the same time, e.g. different version of a handwritten document in a critical edition.

It is used in Geovistory to model the source expression (i.e. the symbolic and propositional content it is a source of). But it can also associate a digital object (as reproduction) to information objects that do not directly belong to the sources domain intended in the sense of FRBRoo, e.g. inscriptions on walls, graffitis in holes, etc.
