An instance of this utterance event is an act by an agent purposefully using a determined lectical information phrase within the purposes of oratorical and argumentative context towards a certain effect. Instances of utterance event document known historical cases of the deployment of a text by an actor in a context towards some goal. Instances of utterance event can also be detected /interpreted within a text when the research goal and purpose is to determine intention and function of textual passages in their historical context.
