Mentioning in Table connects an entity with a cell, that mentions the entity. 

In order to specify the cell, there are two properties: 'at position' references the cell, 'is mentioned in' references the table containing the cell (for conveniance of querying the table).

This class is similar to the annotation class of the Web Annotation Vocabulary: the property to the mentioned entity corresponds to hasBody, the properties to the target and the reference correspond to hasTarget.
