This class comprises concepts denoted by terms from thesauri and controlled vocabularies used to characterize and classify instances of the histC6 Relationship class.

If the relationship is oriented from a source to a target (the partners having a different position in the relationship), the properties histP49 has relationship source and histP50 has relationship target will be used. This generic treatment allows to express a direction of the relationship. The meaning of the direction will be explicitly defined in the definition of the terms in the controlled vocabulary of social relationship types.
