The function exercised or office/rank hold by the actor participating in the event. E.g. someone participating in an international conference not as a private person but as an ambassador of a state. More then one instance of this property per event and the same actor are possible but in this case the time span must be the same for all of them. Otherwise different instances of the class Participation should be created.
