This class models a web request in form of a URI/URL/SPARQL query etc. sent into the web in the sense of a "message describing an atomic operation to be carried out in the context of a specified resource" (Web Characterization Terminology & Definitions Sheet). Sending a web request into the web will produce, if the corresponding resource exists, a web response in the form of an HTML document, a picture, a RDF graph or an error message.
