This class comprises spatial descriptions expressed according to a formalized textual encoding standard that ensures interoperability and machine readability. Instances of Standard Geolocation specify the representation of spatial information using the Well-Known Text (WKT) format, combined with the EPSG:4326 spatial reference system.

These descriptions encode geometric primitives such as points, lines, and polygons in a standardized syntax, allowing consistent interpretation of geographic locations across systems. The use of EPSG:4326 implies that coordinates are expressed in latitude and longitude based on the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84).
