This property associates any instance of crm:E1 CRM Entity with a literal string containing supplementary research notes. These notes may document hypotheses, uncertainties, interpretative remarks, or contextual information relevant to the entity but not suitable for formal structuring.

This property allows the inclusion of informal or provisional scholarly commentary without the need to instantiate a crm:E33 Linguistic Object. It is intended to support research workflows and internal documentation while keeping the data model lightweight.
