This class comprises instances of intentional action by actors that are undertaken to physically bring about constitutional improvement and benefit to E18 Physical Things.

An instance of this class comes into existence when an actor undertakes to bring about benefit to a physical thing with appropriate equipment and planning according to the context and intended object of amelioration to bring about such benefit. Instances of this class come to a halt when the intended benefit has been achieved or if the initiated action is given up part way or through lack of will or means to finish the action.
