This class comprises legal interactions between two or more actors establishing a new legal situation. The objects of legal interaction include all types of agreement, convention, contract, treaty.

The legal agreement could be entered into within a defined legal framework, whether customary or written or by agreement between the parties (private agreement) which has the force of law.

The participations of the various parties and participants in the legal agreement are described by the use of as many sdh-so:C15 Participation as necessary.
