This class comprises influence on an Actor guiding their opinions and activities in reaction to material environmental conditions and their understanding of their dynamics and methods of control, modification or protection from it. The influence should either be evident by the interaction of the Actor with their environment or be explicitly witnessed by the influenced Actor themselves. Instances of IN35 Environmental Influence are used to document an overall effect, and should be documented separately from multiple identifiable individual encounters of an Actor contributing to it.
