Scope note:

This property associates an intentional entity with its quality of holding a plan for a given period of time. A plan can be held by just a single person or shared by several persons or even groups. The fact that a person shares a plan makes it belong to an intentional collective (e.g. the crowd that wanted to storm the Capitol to prevent the validation of the presidential election in January 2021), or to a group if the sharing is made more explicit or formalized.

Alongside the definition of the principles defining the criteria of belonging to a group, allowing thus to identify the group's individual members, the fact of sharing one or more plans is constitutive of a group insofar as it provides the foundation of its collective action.
