Description:
The objective of this project is to develop a domain ontology based on the CIDOC Conceptual Reference Model (CIDOC CRM) to support the systematic documentation and management of archaeological excavation data in Pafos. The ontology will enable standardised representation of excavation processes, finds, contexts, and related historical information, ensuring consistency, interoperability, and long-term usability of the collected data across research teams and digital heritage systems.
