A stopover is a specialization of an epistemic location in the sense that the thing is known to be mostrly present at some place during the given time-span, even if at some moments not being in that place, like a traveller stopping in a town during a journey and going for a walk outside it for some hours. Physically speaking the traveller will not be in the town at that moment but it is generally inteded as having a stopover there.
