An intentional expression is a dynamic manifestation of intentionality and an intentional event at least in the perspective of the entity carrying it out.
One could put the Intentional Expression class directy as subclass of intention: on would thereby crearly separate the intentional expression as individual activity and the intentional event as a change in collective intentionality.
The choice proposed here is to stress the performative dimension of the spoker or written word that virutally implies a change in the intentional context and social representations
